Our coders are not paid staff. They are mostly volunteers (and interns) looking to sharpen their coding and design skills on unique and/or worthy projects.
And while we'd like to say that they are driven by utopian goals and a sense of universal altrusism, the truth is they're mostly
fueled by caffiene and unhealthy snacks from the vending machines.
